I have always been VERY satisfied with the service I receive. But yesterday I was a bit disappointed. I had an 11:00 appt. I dropped it off and was graciously driven home since I needed to get home 2nd. workman. I asked to be called when ready. By 1:00 I had not been called yet but I figured that it was only my winter tires being put on and surely in two hours the car would be ready. I was brought to the garage by my workman and the car had not even been touched. I was under the impression if I had an appt. the car would be taken whether I was waiting for it or not. The manager was under the impression that if I simply wanted to be called when it was done, that it didn't make any difference when it was done. I understand we both had different understanding of "when it is done, call". Fortunately I had brought a book, the mechanic returned from lunch and proceeded to change the tires. I left at 2:00.

Gary said he was unhappy with this business. He had his transmission changed and his vehicle takes 13 quarts of transmission fluid and he was billed for 18 quarts to the amount of $23 plus $120 for labor. He is going back to talk to Jerry the manager tomorrow on his day off. The work was okay and vehicle is working with no transmission problems. The billing was very high and he wonders why he had to pay for more transmission fluid than he needed. He just paid and left because he did not want to upset Jerry's wife. He did not get a quote for the service, but they could have offered one to him. It was his first time having a problem with them. They usually do a good job.

Stephen said the mechanics do good work at an honest, decent price, and they have always done that for him. There is a new worker at the front desk who is in training, and he stated he had to work with her in what she was doing. It is only a matter of time before she comes up to speed. The overall capability, cost and quality at this business is excellent. He said he goes back a long ways with the business and he feels comfortable with them.

Honest Service
Relaxed, competent, honest service. Informal atmosphere. Friendly staff. Seem to know what they are doing. They do not try to nickel and dime you, or sell you something you don't need. I get the feeling my vehicle is in good hands.
