Worst experience EVER. This is not our old Auto Pro. I took my car in to get the check engine light looked at and inspected. I had already had codes ran before I took it there for the work. I knew what the general issue was. They took my car, ran codes same issue and quoted me a price $260, I agreed. Five days later they said it didn’t fix it it needs $300 more. I agreed, I needed my car. Friday comes and they tell me the $600 still doesn’t have it fixed they need another $160. At this point enough. Off the lift it came, no inspection. I still have same issue as when I took it and only their word that all of the $600 was needed. Oh the machine that pulls the codes doesn’t print. Go figure. And the last code that needed the $160 I didn’t pay, they had already cleared from the machine.
But they sure did drive my car around town to get food. My family saw them.
