No fuss
Such a simple procedure; just hand the technician your keys, sign your work order then have a seat in their comfortable waiting area where there is complimentary tea and coffee while you wait. The average waiting time is 30-40 minutes.

It very friendly and service is excellent I was a hour and half waiting time. The coffee machine wasn’t working which they should accommodate us with something else and some snacks overall it was well .’

quick service
did not have to wait long for service, but the lounge could use some improvements. the seats need cleaning and they need to stock up coffee cups. there were no coffee cups in the lounge. some staff members brought their own cups and got coffee so they were clearly aware that there were no cups but no one bothered to stock up coffee cpus.
