The staff at the front desk are efficient and knowledgeable. The waiting room and restroom are clean, cozy and well decorated. I completely trust the staff”s knowledge and counsel. Cliff and his daughter went above and beyond by contacting a former employee that now works at the VW dealership to inquire about problems I was having with Apple CarPlay. Although Friday Cliff’s daughter helpfully left me a message instructing me to call for the details, Cliff called Saturday morning to explain the possible solutions. The service on my vehicle was prompt and completed as promised. I wish I could take all of our cars to Hudson Imports!! They have serviced our cars for over 20 years now.
