Great service as always
In addition to routine maintenance I had another minor issue ( not a safety issue) that needed checked. Tom diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me an option to try a lower cost fix first before having to buy a new part. He gave me full disclosure that the fix was not guaranteed and if it failed I would need to replace the part. It was my choice, NO pressure to up sell straight to an expensive repair. I've had other places in the past tell me my only option was to replace a part with new. This is why I trust Tom and won't go anywhere else.
