Right on - again!
When my car goes in for regular scheduled service, Tom assures me that the maintenance went OK. He also lets me know what I need now, what I'm gong to need soon or in a few months, and whether something else I noticed is anything to worry about. I always leave there confident that my car is OK and will be until my next scheduled service.
