"Raven is a caring employee !"
I came in for an oil change and inspection on Tuesday 2/13/18 I am having a double hip surgery , Raven was concerned and walked the paper work over to me to sign so I did not have to get up ! I really appreciated that ! Also when job was completed she took my payment so I did not have to walk over to the cashier counter and stand and wait to be next Thank you again Raven

The service dept was excellent,especially Mary. She kept in touch with me throughout the process of receiving a new engine.Mary called everytime she said she would. i was never left out in the dark.She patiently and knowledgeably answered every question I had. Mary is an asset to Hyundai. Darlene was great too.

I brought my 2013 Elantra GT in last week for a manufacturer's re-call on the car's brake pedal to brake lights synchronization, as well as an updating of the car's ECM computer program. The car was serviced within the hour that had been promised, and the whole process was hassle-free. Overall, I would highly rate Hyundai 112 from its sales department to its service department (which is why we also bought a 2017 Ioniq Hybrid last September).
