The excuse was that they have made a mistake on the website.

I apologize for the extended amount of time it took to duplicate the noise your vehicle was making, as well as the lack of communication from our service department. Our factory trained technicians make every attempt to correct your concerns in a timely manner however recreating a condition doesn't always fit within a certain time frame due to varying circumstances.
