When we went to service we were treated with friendly, professional staff.
They washed our car, which was a plus.
One young man showed us how to turn the bass up on the radio.
Don't mind the drive to Keene NH as we know we will be very well treated.

This has happened twice on Interstate Hwys where slowing down or stopping in dangerous.
I told the dealership service of the problem, but need to leave the car while I ha other business to attend to. I was told when I purchased the car that these kind of issues would warrant a loaner car for a few hours while diagnostics were evaluated.
