disappointed again...
Waited 2 hours for an oil change. Although it was on the work order and at least 2 people asked me if I was waiting for the car, they called my home phone to tell me the car was ready as I sat in the waiting room waiting for my name to be called. My last service experience was also a nightmare - 4 hours waiting, no updates (even when I asked, nobody knew the status) and mechanics left garbage in the car (candy wrappers, dirty gloves & dirty paper towels). Don't think I will be back.

disappointed again...
Waited 2 hours for an oil change.Arrived at 11:15am. Finally went into the office at 1:15pm to check the status of my car. Paperwork was immediately produced and I left. Got home an hour later to find a message on my home phone at 12:15pm telling me my car was ready to be picked up! It was on the work order and at least 2 people asked me if I was going to wait for the car, so what happened? It was insulting to be told I didn't hear my name called when I was there the whole time. And it was obviously not a busy day.
