I got out of there pretty quick really. The service woman that helped me was very polite, and said she would initiate a query to Hyundai to fix a problem that is definitely not wear and tear since my lousy added "electronics warranty" would not cover the problem. I really think they should, and I hope she follows through, and convinces Hyundai that this problem should be covered. The service agent is my favorite yet. I just wish I could remember her name!

I did not get any false reports stating my vehicle needed any work done. I knew my vehicle was in good condition and that there were no problems with it. I received the correct and truthful report from Hyundai after getting an oil change.
