I wish I had not had to return a second time for the same issue and spend another 1 1/2 at the dealership. However, the advisor was very courteous and obviously, it was not his fault. I always feel pretty confident when having my vehicle serviced at the dealership.

Key Hyndai of Milford has great customers service. Hyndai brags about there 100,000 warranty but when you bring your vehicle for service everything comes out pocket. Perfect example car seat seat belts. Parts are to expensive. If you want to keep your customer return to you and buying your product the warranty needs to be honor and or discounted. Your customer service is immaculate, but it doesn’t justify the part and labor services. An I understand original Hyndai parts, and yes some of the labor is hard but I purchase products on quality and history with previous own Hyndai. Jeanne was very curtesy and provided me with all the details I needed to take care of my car. I will scheduling my next visit soon.
