I am truly sorry you had a bad experience, We strive to take care of our customers and want you to know and feel you and know you are being taken care of. The tech that was working on your vehicle is a Certified Master tech with Hyundai. I can't say why he didn't perform the correct diag on your vehicle but I have addressed the issue and can assure you it won't happen again. I'm not going to try and make excuses for not meeting the standard we hold ourselves at and our customers expect from us. We are determined to be the best service dept and we are going to continue to move forward to accomplish that goal .Again please accept my apology. We hope to hear from you soon so I can meet with you and show you how this has been corrected.

I spoke to ythe your lady a couple of times and we took care of the concerns but we only received a 3 out of 5 stars , i apologies for any issues you might have had and hope we can show you the best service around .

We are sorry that you feel you had a bad experiance here at our Dealership, We strive to take care of our Customers, We understand that you wanted to your car fixed and we accomplished that.We even performed a repair on your vehicle by taking a trunk latch off a new vehicle a policy that we never do to make sure you were taken care of and when the new part came in we replaced that latch. We also put you in front of the line when you came in even though you didn't have an appointment so I am having a little trouble understanding how we didn't take care of your needs. Our Dealership is state of the art lacking in nothing but you are saying the facility is Poor on all your remarks.The reason your door was open and the A/C was running was we were letting it cool down and I thought you were coming directly out to your vehicle to get in and leave. Again we are sorry for your trouble and any inconvenience this might have caused you and I hope you will give us another chance to show you how Great we are and how and why we receive 5 stars on 99% of our surveys .

It was ok until the car pulled to the right. Had to take it back. The waiting area needs something to set a drink on and definitely quit letting people bring in dogs that lay on the carpet.

We are sorry your experience wasn't Completly satisfying in Every aspect.The reason for the end tables not being in the waiting area is we are limited on room but we will see if they have something that will help, As far as the Customer with the dog in the waiting area. That customer has the dog for Service Animal and by Law we must allow them to have their animal with them. We hope you will understand if it were you we would allow you to do the same . Concerning the vehicle pulling to the right.We performed the rotation and sometimes the tires will cause the issue with pulling which we addressed and we are sorry for the inconvenience it caused you or any delays. Again we will always strive to do our best and to have each and every customer completly satisfied when they leave our dealership .

Service was Outstanding
I took my car in for a oil leak and was notified within minutes of the problem and the car was ready by lunch the next day. I dropped the car off at 5:30ish the day before. I’m glad they put a Hyundai place closer to me. Hated making the drive to mid County. Very impressed with this dealer.

Each time I have gone to Hyundai of Silsbee with an appointment for service very rare I have had to wait, that's a plus your appointment is your appointment without taking your whole day if you are press for time, before any thing that is done they will discuss before doing what is needed or recommended if you the customer choose to get it done or not. Again, I have not had any problem or concerns about Hyundai of Silsbee dealership or service excellent customer service on both sides.
