Aerial said she had been to 2 different facilities prior to this business. It was able to tell her, within a day, what was wrong with her vehicle. Lacey, the receptionist, walked her through the process. She and the mechanic have great customer service. They explained exactly everything that would be done and how, before the work. The work went very quickly. She stated she would like them to keep up the good work.

Mark said that he is not happy that this business charged him a $65 diagnostic fee plus labor time. He can see if he went in to the business and did not have any work done then the fee covers their losses, but he is not happy with the policy of paying both. He has nothing against the staff or the work. He is just conflicted about this policy.
