I did not buy the car at Hyundai of Wesley Chapel. The sales people were impossible to deal with. I took the car there for service for convenients. The service people and the service were the best. I DO recommend the service department. I DO NOT recommend the sales department.

"Service was good, but... "
I had an issue last time with service and nothing was notated in my account. Luckily I had the email saved up and will take it to the service department next time for review. Very disappointed.

"Treat you like a real person."
Enjoyed how friendly all were at their desks and talking to you right away, not letting you just standing there waiting. It was an informative appointment about my car and had what I was going there for; plus, a job that should have been done at 30,000 miles. Thank you Gerard for your knowledge of my 8 cylinder Sonata. Otherwise, a new engine would be on my list of things for a I don't know when appointment.

The associate who helped me was very thorough. I went in suggesting that my car needed a starter and he informed me that it only needed a small part. I appreciated his honesty and the job was done pretty quickly for what needed to be done and despite the many people in the waiting room.
