After a recent recall fix, I came away with my control button not working. When I brought it back I was told I needed a phone then was told I needed a new radio that’s about $3,000. After a few months when I brought it in for next recall, Chris checked it out and found when it shut down it lost my blue tooth and contacts. He graciously reprogrammed my car and I am in control again. Thank goodness for him or I wouldn’t be coming back.
