Hyundai at Wesley Chapel, I have purchased from this dealer 7-8 cars, mainly used, one was brand new. Never had problems. Last car I bought was GM's personal car Ford F-150, sales came to me saying hey this is GM's car are you interested, I sad ok I bought it but never took it from dealership. One week they tried to register from GM's to dealership, second week went to transfer registration to me. OK, I decided this Ford F-150 not a good car for my plans, I went there since I did not taken it, I asked to change and take for this amount two cheaper used cars instead, and I was proposed 35K instead my 44K and I paid 4,6 Taxes registration fee total 48.6K.
I had so much trust to this dealership believing that they gave me market price value, since this was GM's personal and he is not willing to move forward and they try to cut me 9K for nothing, saying that market price is 35K for not even driving this car. I would really hope that this review will be concidered with anyone above GM to make an inspection how client who bought and had big plans to the dealership have been lied disrespectfully and screwed out, I paid full amount of cash, 48,6K USD and truly believed that I could use 44K balance I paid for F-150 and take two used cars instead, if the value could be more then 44K, I may add the difference. But 35K they trying to screw me over and make loose 9K just for nothing is horrible feeling.
I hope I will have soonest response from GM Bill, or someone above him followed by inspection and audit to make fare solution. Or return and cancel this deal at all, I do not want to have any more business with this people who treat clients that way.
I hope my case and review will effect this team to think about.
The most embarrassing me that GM Bill said in front of me and my wife if I do not like Ford, I can bring it back and he will buy it, not he says via his sales that market price is 35K he can offer, what a smart business trip, if the car was not even driven. Only a week ago I got my documents registered.
