was negotiating from Puerto Rico and they were able to hold the vehicle until my arrival to IL. Melissa answered all my questions and concerns timely. The experience at the dealer was phenomenal. Patricia was exceptional. She took her time to explain the process and providing information regarding the vehicle features. I’m in love with my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe.
