Took my 2021 VW Tiguan in because it was leaking oil — had no idea what was actually wrong. They squeezed me in even though they were slammed, they figured out it was the oil separator and timing cover gasket, and got it fixed fast. Even came in under the original estimate, which was a nice bonus. Really appreciated the honesty and how quick turnaround. Would definitely go back!
