I joined just after one class. I have only been there a short time but I immediately feel better after participating. The staff and class mates are amazing to work with and it is great to be apart of a group that demonstrates core values for their community.

Great Workout
Great full body workout and friendly staff. Very welcoming and a family feel. Makes coming in fun and motivational!

I love ILKB Frederick!
Just finished my second class and I am IN LOVE with this place and the people that work there! I'm not a "go to the gym and push yourself" kind of person and my motivation for at-home workouts faded so this place is fantastic for getting me excited about being more active.
