Satisfied customer - I keep coming back
Last time my 16-year old Subaru went in for an oil change, it was overdue. Technicians noticed the oil was low. Oil was changed, and Bill advised me to bring the car in after 500 miles to check whether the low oil was the engine starting to use oil, or merely because the car had been overdue. When I had clocked 500 miles I took the car in as instructed. Technicians checked, found oil level normal. Bill advised another check after the next 500, just to be doubly sure. No charge.
