James said the staff is really nice and they tried to do a good job. He would not know for a week or two if the repair was successful, but it runs. Kenny and Tony go out of their way to accommodate him.

Daniel said he brought his vehicle to this business because of an unknown problem. The business told him his vehicle will be ready in an hour. He went back an hour later and they told him that they needed another hour an half. He returned as told and the business told him they needed 20 minutes more, then it turned into 30minutes, then into another 20 minutes. After all this the business never found the problem with the vehicle and charged him $100.

Spoke with Michael. He said they charged them $49 for the diagnostic and told him it would be $300 dollars to fix the problem. That didn't fix the problem, then they wanted another $800. The problem was never fixed.

Desiree said the service was a little more higher priced than expected, but good. She stated she was supposed to be in and out, but ended up waiting 3 hours for service. She said the employee up front was so sweet and asked if there was anywhere she could take her and pick her up from.

Desiree was an unscheduled appointment and we had to work her into the schedule we had established for the day. The diagnosis was a bit more complicated and to get a correct diagnosis we had to take some extra time. Her vehicle ended up needing a new A/C compressor. The price was the summer specialĀ A/C inspection of $39.95 no extra charge for extra diagnose needed.
