Spoke with Victoria. She said she wanted to rate her overall experience a 0 because it s?$ked. This business is redoing everything, and everything is being handled through Audi of America. The technicians were despicable and she rated the quality of the repair a 1. Victoria rated 2 for treatment because there was no respect for her or her vehicle by the technicians, but customer service was accommodating. They left glass all over the vehicle, they never buffed it, the paint job was horrible, and the dent they were supposed to fix was still there. Victoria was told her vehicle would be ready at 1 PM Friday, the day before the 3 day weekend, but when she arrived at 3 PM, there were greasy footprints and hand prints all over, and grease on the seat, rear view mirror and headliner. It was awful. Overspray was all over the hood and there was still glass all over inside. It had not been touched, but no reason was given, and they had a look of shock. This business still charged the $500 insurance deductible, which was unprofessional. Victoria wouldn't refer this business due to this experience, and a previous experience. Through her business, Victoria deals with the service and parts end of this business on a daily basis, and this business is one of only 2 in Massachusetts that is licensed to work on aluminum vehicles. Greg, Mary, and Carolyn were absolutely wonderful but they're in service.
