Linda said her vehicle was supposed to be ready in 3 weeks. When she went to pick up the vehicle she picked out 3 or 4 obvious flaws and she is a layman. She had been told the service manager and the claims representative would inspect the vehicle before it was returned to her. The vehicle had been side swiped from front to back. The doors were still concave so the molding was not fitting right. She later checked out a vehicle just like hers and found out they used the wrong molding on her Lexus. It was much thinner than the right molding and did not cover well. There was also a scraped wheel they had not replaced. They did replace that right away. They had to keep the vehicle for another week and her rental ran out. They gave her a loaner vehicle. She gave the way she was treated by the business a low rating based on the above mentioned issues but Greg was very nice to her and very apologetic. She was not mistreated. She told him she brought her vehicle to a Lexus business because she figured they would do the most professional job. When they finished correcting all of the things that were wrong the vehicle turned out beautiful but she said she could not believe they missed all of the flaws the first time. She would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
