Steve said he was disappointed with the quality of the repair because there was a gap between the molding and the part that was put on and it was pealing off. He also mentioned that there was paint missing from an area on the inside of the panel. His vehicle was not ready when promised because he was told that the service would take one week to a week and a half but it took over a month due to the insurance company. He would not refer this business to friends and family because of his experience. He received a loaner vehicle but when the contract expired he did not receive a courtesy call saying that it had expired and he was told that he would be charged $30 a day for the additional days that he had the vehicle. The person he spoke with on the phone regarding his situation was very rude but the service representative did not charge him for the additional days. Lastly, he sent emails to this business wanting updates on the vehicle but he would get a response from 1 out of every 3 emails that he sent. He is very upset and he will never return to this business.
