Brian said he gives a 3 rating because the repairs wasn't done correctly the first time due to a defect in the repair. It ended up being 3 days later to get his vehicle back because an under coating wasn't applied right. A hole was found in the under coating which could cause problems later. He suggests to thoroughly inspect the auto body work prior to delivery.

The repair to the car included replacing the right rocker panel. Customer was not happy with the texture finish that was applied to the panel. Panel was recoated to the customers satisfaction.
