Spoke with Gail’s husband. He said he's very happy with the work that was done. He also noticed on the web site it stated that out of 328 of the postings they were at 28 percent of getting the vehicle's ready on time. When in fact it's a lot more then that it has to do additional work is being found and the adjuster has to come back out and that's where the delay comes from. He also said he had to sign a waver at the end of the repair saying that the insurance company is not reasonable for additional work. That's fine but he would have liked to know that up front.
