Tanya said the work they performed was very good. The color matched exactly. They had told her if they found additional damage they would contact the insurance company and have them reassess the estimate. They did not do so and one of her tires was damaged and needed to be replaced. She had to wait around all day while they contacted the insurance company. She said she loves Ira and would not say anything negative about their business. The situation with them not contacting the insurance company before she had to wait around all day is the only thing she was unhappy with. Their customer service was excellent.
