Joseph said he didn't rate his overall experience with this business higher, because he got his vehicle back 4 or 5 days late. He doesn't remember the reason for the delay. Joseph stated he probably won't recommend this business to friends and family, because he could have gotten his vehicle back quicker had he gone to a local business.
