Patricia said she was told to bring her vehicle in 2 weeks early. Her vehicle was sitting there for a week, then the parts had to be ordered. She had to go back 3 times. Her back hatch would not open with or without her key. Twice when she came in, she got to the front desk and she wasn't helped for at least 20 minutes. One woman was very nice, but she forgot the woman's name.
