Deirdre said the beginning of her experience with this business was confusing, and the woman who helped her with everything had an attitude in the beginning. She explained aside from the body work that needed to be done, the service department also had to do a recal, and install a part that was supposed to have been installed last August. The reason the part wasn't installed in August was because Derdre was busy, and didn't return to them. There was confusion because she went back and forth from body to service. The service department told her the body business could install the part from last August, and the body business informed her the service department would have to install the part. After she dropped her vehicle off she returned to the body business to ask the woman who was helping her with everything a question. She overheard the woman say to a co-worker, referring to Deirdre, I've already spoken with that woman. The woman did not know that Deirdre overheard her comment. After the above confusion and the woman's attitude, everything else went well and smoothly. She got her vehicle back a day and a half late because Deirdre asked them to detail it, and it took a time for the vehicle to dry from the detailing. She concluded this business did a beautiful job.
