Spoke with Jacklyn. She said it took 2 weeks when she was originally told it would take 1 week. That made it difficult for her because she was renting a vehicle. The representative gave her the reasons of a parts delay and waiting for the paint people to come in. They also told her they were very busy. She also found it difficult to get to the people she wanted to talk to on the phone. She had to go through a telephone tree. The quality of work and the way she was treated were great.
