Great Staff
I bought an Elantra at the Hyundai dealership in Laconia, NH(Auto Fair). I went to them for routine services and kept complaining about a ticking sound in my engine. They denied hearing the sound & when I called Hyundai corporate and got a case # they still denied hearing the sound! I then took my car to Irwin's Hyundai they heard the sound and dealt with Hyundai directly since my engine was bad & it needed to be replaced. It took several months for the new engine to come in but it did and now I have a car that no longer has a ticking engine. The whole team was great but I need to give you a shout out about Caitlyn! She is a definite asset to your group and really knows what good customer service is all about!

The waiting area is comfortable with wifi and a computer desk, and a phone charging station.
I like that the location is not far from town (about a half mile). I usually walk there for breakfast or lunch.
Don't want to walk that far?, don't worry, they'll give you a ride.

Excellent service, as always! Such friendly people!! And they remember me when I walk in, I love joking with them! As for getting the car serviced....as expected, that was excellent too. It was mentioned to me that I needed to get the filters cleaned soon, but as it wasn't an urgent matter, it could wait. There was no pressure from them for me to get this fixed now, or even next week. When I was ready, they would take care of it. (Yes, I will get it taken care of soon though!) Great staff!!
