BUYERS BEWARE! ASK FOR ALL PAPERWORK FIRST OR ELSE YOU WONT BE TOLD THE TRUTH AFTER
BEWARE OF SHADY BUSINESS!! I purchased a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED Subaru Impreza. I began having break problems 3 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASING. Their service center tells me my front breaks are low. How is this possible when it was purchased in March & already in June I’m being told I need to change my breaks. Then my car makes a loud screeching sound from the rear passenger side. Again I take it to the service center, my hub bearing need to be replaced so I did that & still the noise is there. At this point I’m livid. Not only do I need to replace all breaks & rotors but there isn’t even any break fluid in the car. HOW CAN I BE OUT OF BREAK FLUID THIS QUICKLY & I DONT EVEN WORK IM HOME EVERYDAY. I go to the dealership at this point & I’m given a sales manager named Dennis who could care less about my problem. He didn’t even want to give me his card or information & told me & my bf to leave cause he’s busy. I go to the service center for the 3rd time about the same problem & im told by David Edwards that it’d be in my best interest to just take my car & go. The GM Greg promised to take care of the problem with my car, & again I’m given the run around. I accuse them of selling me a car with parts that should’ve been replaced before I purchased it, & now they supposedly find paperwork that says my brakes were at 7mm when I purchased... but no one can give me a copy or let me see the paperwork. I’ve even had a mechanic who was a former employee of theirs test drive my car & he just shook his head & asked why would I purchase a deathtrap like this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I have been disrespected & taken advantage of. Oh & not to mention I went to get my car back, now my car doesn’t slow down at all til it’s completely floored. I learned my lesson. I’ll be reporting everything to my friend at BBB. & thank you Greg for letting me know you have no interest in giving me copies of paperwork because I put up a bad review. I greatly appreciate everything this business has done for me.
