Wonderful Experience
The guys at J&E pulled through for me again. My car's engine was misfiring, causing a lot of issues. I dropped off my car on Monday. I got a call on Tuesday morning, where they clearly explained what the problem was and sent me an invoice breaking down the parts and labor required.

I agreed, and by Tuesday late afternoon, I was able to pick up my car. They even fixed up some tubing on my evac system for no additional charge.

I've been going to J&E for years, and I always recommend my family go to them for all their auto needs. There's a reason they have 4.9 stars on their Google Reviews!

Really Impressed
My car randomly overheated on the highway a couple weeks ago. I had it towed home and suspected the coolant reservoir of having a leak, but I wasn't sure. I brought it into J&E on Wednesday morning. Their lot was completely filled with cars, which made me nervous about the turnaround time. I got a call that night to tell me that it was the coolant reservoir, maybe something else too, but they had ordered the part. I didn't ask how long it would take, so imagine my surprise when Thursday evening I got a call saying it was ready for pickup and that the reservoir was the only issue.

The price was reasonable, the service was extremely fast, and while I hope my car lives forever without any problems, should one crop up, I'm bringing it to J&E.

Fixed leak in A/C
Not only did they fix the leak, Robert put dye in to confirm absence of a subtle leak over the next few weeks. These guys are really amazing! Impossible to find another crew that goes that extra mile anymore.

After three visits and having the best service possible from Mr Emad and his team, I would simply never go anywhere else to have work done on my 1999 Jeep Cherokee.
