Landon, While I appreciate you taking time to give us a review, (with all due respect) the truck was brought in by your step dad and all we did was put a battery in. Now, the issue that you've stated above is something that happened years ago and the issue was completely resolved and the employee is no longer with JRs Automotive. Also, about a week before this review I saw you outside of JRs and you apologized for feeling some type of way towards me and said it was all in the past. We've done nothing but take care of you and your family when y'all have came in and im honestly Flabbergasted that you would leave a bad review years after it happened and after offering an apology for being rude up until that point. We appreciate your business and will continue to treat you and everyone else like family .

Mr. Neely, I'm sorry you feel you were overcharged for the diagnostic fee... HOWEVER, on the bottom of the new customer sheet it says in big letters "NOTICE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE DIAGNOSTIC FEE OF $80 IF REPAIRS ARE DECLINED". Right under that is your signature agreeing to the charge before any work is done to the vehicle. The total billed to you in this visit was $80.00, the equivalent of 1 hour of labor. In reality we spent 3 hours looking at the vehicle, 2 of which you were not charged for. Our typical labor rate is $84 which is significantly less than most shops that charge $95-$130/hour. JRs strives to provide a five star experience to every customer and would never take advantage of someone. I hope my explanation of this helps you feel valued and to see we did our best to take care of you.
