Soft wear update
The work was performed quickly. My car went into emergency operation mode one day after update. Giambolvo was not able to guarantee an appointment the next day. I understand scheduling constraints but the update rendered my vehicle un-drivable. I had it towed to Lancaster Hyundai due to the distance from my house to York. If a vehicle is rendered un-drivable by a performed service that vehicle should be given a priority appointment to at least determine if the problem can be quickly addressed. If I caused this situation I would respectfully wait my turn. As it stands I won’t even know the car’s status until at least this coming Monday, 4-15. I’m not happy with the outcome of this service or the delay. Again, none of this was caused be me.
