"Great Trustworthy Customer Service"
I had lost my trust in mechanics and shops until I found Jay's, they are all so polite, thorough, and honest. It is so wonderful trusting in the cost and repairs.

Mack said this business ruined his vehicle. They replaced seat belts in his vehicle and they were the wrong color. They used tan instead of grey. They left grease marks in his vehicle and degraded the value. He will not recommend them because of this experience.

Hi Mack. I have ask Granville to stay in contact with you. He used to work for me years ago and rejoined our company after having his own business for many years. I don't want you to think Emmerich or I have been avoiding you. There has been a lot going on and this is not the place for it.
I want to apologize to you and your wife for leaving the white leather seats in your car dirty. There is no excuse for this.
You are very valuable as a customer and a friend to this company.
1. Granville contacted Ford Motor Company about the seat belts. After 2 weeks of no answers our local rep made sure he received a response. Here is Description of the problem, "Customer states that replaced seat belts, bw7z5461200aa and bw7z5461200ba; are not the correct color. Vin shows to be a Dove Gray interior and HVBom shows. 6w1z54611b08ae and 6w1z54611b09a. Seat belts that were replaced are tan in color. Is this correct? Picture is attached. I have ordered 4 total sealtbelts; all have came in this color.
Answer from Ford: " XXXX, they ae all right. Its a kit to service all colors. We had choose safety over vanity regarding color choices. All older replaced seatbelts go to one color. Thanks, XXXX

I contacted a seatbelt company that will take the new seatbelts and reweb them with the correct color. They will have to color match the original colored seatbelts.  This cannot be done by an upholstery place.
We will take care of having all of this done at our expense.
We will also take care of the leather seats being dirty.
We are here to make this right Mack.
My family has spent 56 years in the automotive business. I know we are going to make mistakes. Some are unacceptable, the seats being dirty is one of those for me. This is a controllable situation that should have never happened.
Please let me know how we can take care of this for.
And of course we would like to find a way to keep your buisness.
