High price for just an estimate.
I think my first experience at your shop was enough to show me that there is no regard for the customer. You didn't spend anything on parts for my car—just a check to see what was wrong with the A/C—yet you billed me $120. I gained nothing by taking my car there. You haven't won a customer, nor will you get a recommendation from me to others.
