She was accommodating and listened to all my request without even missing a beat ....(she was in the office handling other issues), she even arranged for me to get the back windshield wiper blade that I needed from a Auto parts store and have it installed by a very nice gentleman as well. I went in for a Full-Synthetic oil change with a Groupon I had bought and the service technician went above and beyond checking and filling everything....I had a tire that kept going low on pressure and sure enough he found a large nail in the tire...but no problem....they were able to plug it as well!!!!
