Went for an oil change, had them take a look at my brakes. Rear rotors and pads needed to be replaced, set an appointment. Dropped off my car 2 days later at 10 am. Told it would be 2-3 hours. Called 4 hours later and was told at least another 30-45 minutes. Very disappointed that no one called to tell me of the delay. My ride to pick up my car was no longer available and had to pick up the next day. No apologies and still hear some squeaking, hoping it's because the brakes need to be broken in. Unsure if I will return.

We are very sorry for the miscommunication of when the vehicle would be done. We usually get the vehicle done when you need it. We should have asked you, when you need the vechicle, instead of giving you an estimate on the time it usually takes to repair it. We always make sure your vehicle is done correctly and we are sorry it took longer than expected. For future reference we do offer free rides, if you ever have any problem with dropping the vehicle off or picking it up. If the brakes are still squeeking, please bring it back to we can diagnosis any problems. Brakes do have a brake in period where they may squeek, but if the noise is still there we need to address the issue.
