Purchased a 2020 Audi SQ5 back in January. Check engine light came on within 4 days. Took the car to my (3) different Audi dealerships and was told it was a coolant migration issue.
Fast forward to May, I still do not have possession of my car after 4 months!
They tried to “ fix” by replacing my thermostat. 2 days later, my AC unit stopped working and needed a new evaporator.
Now the car needs a new drive switch, OEM windshield that they cracked when repairing the evaporator…..
They towed my car to Audi Orlando bc they could not fix the issue. Audi has told them the problem and sent a quote however nothing has been completed.
This service department is incompetent and the customer service has been beyond poor.
Good luck trying to get ahold of Tiffany, extremely unprofessional.
I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere when shopping for a car. Read the other reviews, multiple people have had this same issue. They do not inspect their used cars throughly before selling to the consumer.
