I’m only disappointed and how things where managing in my case, first I write a review explaining they didn’t have much inventory so I didn’t have much choice and I was in a rush to buy a car, a couple days after I write this review manager call me and offer a gift card if I change my review for a better one , I did , but never received anything. ?Them later they call me saying that my plates are ready , I didn’t understand what plates , because I all ready have my own plates, short story they order new plates for my car, so now I ending having 2 sets for my car , great ?, this was a caos and misunderstanding . So for a couples of months I drive my car with ilegal plates . I was very angry ? with this whole situation, and for second time I talk to the manager , he promise they will reimburse me the money I pay for those plates I didn’t needed and of course the gift card for me changing my review for a better one. Well 5 months pass and I still waiting for that gift card and the money from plates. I just want to be clear , sales person was great and I love my car, I’m only very disappointed and how all this was handled and how bad management deal with this.
