Laura said the staff was awesome. She was satisfied with how it handled everything. She had to take her son with her, who was sick, and they turned the television on for him. They listened to her concerns and answered all of her questions. They did a great job and explained everything to her.

"Excellent service every time"
My truck is an older model . With Jesse Britt I know I can depend on there reliable service. They have Not failed to keep me on the road. Fair prices,timely manner, and detailed information about what was fixed and future service. Reassuring to know mechanic with integrity. Highly recommend.

"Great Place of Business"
I took my vehicle in to get some work done. When I picked it up it had a problem, but they rectified it quickly and apologized sincerely for inconvenience that I may have had. Definitely keeping Jesse's as my place for auto services.

"Great Service!"
Took longer than usual, but a mechanic was very nice and said 2 people were out and my oil change would take a little longer. I appreciated that!

"Did not fix one thing that I was charged for"
Called and told me the amount for repair and one thing was listed with it. It was suppose be ready one day and it ended up being 4 days. And the cost had over doubled when I picked it up

"Disappointing "
They couldn’t reset my maintenance light and kept telling me they could not! The mechanic got in my car all dirty with grease. I will not go back !

"Costomer service was not very good"
Had an issue with my truck after they worked on it, when I brought it back they were very rude and condescending towards me. They didn’t believe me and and insisted that the issue was my fault. I wanted to like the business but they make it hard when they treat their customers so bad.

"Escape Conversion Kit"
The shop did a great job of installing the Postal Conversion Kit.
Unfortunately it did not feel safe to me to drive because of the reach.
I also had the shop take out the conversion kit and set it back to original standard and they did a good job with that too.

Went to parts store near by and truck didn't start, Jesse Britt automotive came to parts store and took vehicle to their shop and got it up and running in no time. Great friendly staff and experienced. You guys have earned my business for life.
