Jim Barbey Automotive has developed a reputation for exceeding our customers’ expectations and treating our customers fairly and with respect. Our customers know that we stand behind our service and repair work which keeps our customers happy! We are growing and have just recently expanded our shop! We now have seven full-service bays and a lovely waiting area.
Our services include full auto and fleet repairs, and tire sales available with computerized balancing. We are also an authorized Maryland Inspection station and a Maryland certified emissions repair facility.
We offer a fully computerized office and repair shop to ensure all repairs are fixed with a minimum of downtime and expense. All of our technicians are ASE certified and are carefully chosen for courtesy, professionalism, and competence. Before our ASE Technicians service your vehicle they will fully explain the service and/or repair needed and then give you an estimate. No repairs are performed without an approved estimate first. Not only will our ASE Technicians service your vehicle, but they will keep a detailed record of all service/repairs that are performed on your vehicle. If you, our customer, are not satisfied with our service, we will do all in our power until you are completely satisfied!
