Buying a new car is, in my opinion, never fun. It’s overwhelming, time consuming, and usually just… meh. BUT this? This was hands down the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had and that says a lot.
Huge shoutout to Karina, David, and the entire team at Jim Click Hyundai Eastside for completely changing my opinion of buying a new car!
We walked in with a general idea of what we wanted, and within less than THREE hours, yes really, we were confidently guided into the right car and back out the door. Unheard of. Even better? Not once did I feel pressured or pushed into something that didn’t feel right.
Karina is an absolute rockstar. Beyond knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and someone you instantly trust. She made the entire experience enjoyable… dare I say, FUN. Every question we had, she had an answer immediately. Even teaching us about all the cool details with the car.
David is just as amazing. I'd say, LEAD ROCKSTAR! He took incredible care of us, broke everything down clearly, and made sure we landed the right car at the right price. True VIP treatment from start to finish.
And it didn’t stop there. Karina made sure the car was spotless, fully fueled, and even helped us move everything from our old car into the new one. Then she checked in the very next morning to make sure everything was perfect and has been unbelievably patient working around my chaotic work schedule to coordinate the window tint.
That’s not customer service. That’s above and beyond, next level care.
Every single step was easy, fast, and completely stress free. This is what car buying should feel like.
