Ai issues

There seems to be problems on and off with vehicle and phone connects, upgrades and changes. I have had the system stop working several times. Also when it's heavy rain, my front collision camera doesn't function.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with my choice of the Tucson. Three small complaints. Dashboard lights, ( heated seat, A/C, fan speed) are very hard to see in bright daylight. My wife has a 2023 Elantra and those are much better so seems like a step back. Second issue is road/wind noise at highway speed is a little high. Third issue, A/C and heat directional/strength options seem limited. Can never seem to get the A/C blowing just right.

Excellent Hybrid SUV with a Few Software Quirks

I purchased my 2026 Tucson Hybrid new and have been very happy with it overall. The hybrid system is smooth, fuel economy has been excellent, and the vehicle is comfortable for both daily commuting and longer drives. The interior feels modern and spacious, and the amount of technology included at this price point is impressive. The ride is quiet, acceleration is better than I expected, and the cargo space is very practical. The reason I'm giving four stars instead of five comes down to a few annoyances. The driver profile can take more than 10 seconds to load after starting the vehicle, which temporarily locks out media settings. I also wish Hyundai had designed the B-pillar trim with a more durable finish, as it's easy to scuff with a seat belt buckle. These aren't major issues, but they detract from an otherwise excellent ownership experience. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Tucson Hybrid to anyone looking for a comfortable, efficient, and well-equipped compact SUV. It offers a lot of value for the money and has been a pleasure to own.

My new tucson review

This is my first Hyundai and will be my last. My reviews are mixed. I like the smooth ride, however there are a lot of things that I don't like about the vehicle. Maybe it's because I have been having difficulty setting my defaults if that's even allowed. The driver's seat is too small and feel confined.

Poor music sound quality for vehicle that exceeds in many other areas.

I traded in my great sounding 2014 Prius C for this 2026 Hyundai Tucson. I had only a few parameters that I was looking for in a new, quiet ridding, hybrid. I discovered that when driving around 75-80, if there was a direct head wind, there was noticeable wind noise! More than I expected. My maximum vehicle length was 175 inches. Well, I test drove several cars that day, and I made the buying decision at the end of day and never checked the vehicle length (185"). I had to move around several items to fit in our garage. I still can't believe I settled on this poor sounding audio system. I will have to find a third party supplier that possibly could change out the speakers with higher quality ones. I was pleasantly surprised with Hybrid efficiency system. Compared with my past Prius, The Tucson electric motor powers the drive train much more frequently in regular driving, increasing the level of fuel efficiency. With my past Prius, the fuel efficiency seemed to be gained more from only regenerative braking. I appreciate the higher seating for more driving visibility. I find that the lane driving assist feature, keeps the vehicle a bit too close to the left lane markings than I prefer. There should be a very small adjustment that the driver could make to fine tune the driving assist feature.

I love my car!

I have owned my car for a little over 2 months, and I love my car. The recent update of Snoopy made me very happy every time I get into my car. I have been a big fan of Snoopy for over 50 years. My previous car was a BMW X3. I thought this car would have way less power than the X3, but it does not. I enjoy driving as much as X3. All the technology is amazing! The 60 months 0% interest deal was a great selling point. My complaint so far, when I went to the garage with my cell phone, the truck door opened 2 times even though my garage door was closed. So I got a little scratch on my trunk door already. I was sad. I love the automatically open trunk function, so I do not want to turn it off for accidently open the truck inside garage when garage door is closed. I hope that this can fix it. I tried not to bring my cellphone if I am not going to drive. I forgot about it once already. I always use Google Maps as a navigator. When I connect to my phone to use Google Maps, I can't listen to a radio station. I have to figure that out. I wish there were a spare tire. I am still worried about it. Many times, my work ends up after dark outside. In Colorado, we get lots of hail. It seems like getting worse every year. My BMW was held very strongly. I had no hail damage. Hopefully, my car will do the same thing as BMW. The cargo cover is so cheap and not a good quality.

Too soon to say

The Tuscan was purchased mainly for a finance deal and the pep with ride. My negatives 1). outside lines on the body are not appealing to me. To me the more creases means more different to repair. 2). Cleaning the inside of the car is extremely difficult to get u see seat and sides of seats. 3). A ton of text messages and emails 4). Teaching the use of the car should come a month after driving it- not the day you purchase( 830 at night) 5). The car has been recalled all ready, with a pretty serious issue and can’t get it fixed for a month… 6). Some things work then next time you want to use it it doesn’t work?? Have no idea why 7). The console in between seats really is not a good design 8). Not enough cup holders and nice to have 2 phone chargers instead of just one
