good, not great

good price for AWD SUV, minimal issues in 2.5 years, but some glitches of the screen, will randomly turn off. MPG not as good as advertised. The entire vehicle malfunctioned and stopped working in heavy snow. There has also been an intermittent clicking sound while driving for 1.5 years. The Hyundai dealership has done nothing to resolve these issues.

Great Vehicle

We’ve had our Tucson for 2.5 years and haven’t had a single problem with it. Two road trips of 6000 miles each and in a variety of weather conditions (desert, mountains in snow and ice all systems worked perfectly. My wife and I love this car!

A fantastic vehicle

I traded in a Lexus Rx for this Hyundai and have no regrets whatsoever. More features for no extra cost, excellent gas mileage and fun to drive. Cost of ownership significantly less. Doesn’t get much better than that.

Limited Turn Radius, Swamp Cooler for A/C,Loud Back Up Alarm

This could have been a 10/10. However, the back up alarm is SO annoying that had I tested that out before buying, I would have searched for a different vehicle. I understand it's a safety feature but it should have a volume control. Also, the turn radius sucks!!! It is so limited, there has to be a very wide area to make a U-turn. Then there is the A/C, it pretty much works like a swamp cooler. Never really gets cold.

Turn Radius

The turn radius needs work. unable to make a u-turn unless there is a very wide area to turn.Also, I wish there was a way to turn the volume down for the back up alarm.

Rides fine, software stinks

Handling, acceleration all pretty nice. Touchscreen, slow CPU and buggy software ruin the ownership experience. Too many bells and whistles that don’t “just work “.
