One of the best midsize SUV in the market

I have been a Hyundai customer for over 20 years since my first sedan in 2007 and it never gave me any issues so I stuck with this brand and its features are exceptional compared to the other brands. I have driven this hybrid and am very satisfied with it, especially the advanced features that I could not find if compared to other brands.

Excellent car, excellent value

No problems with this car , everything is perfect! Quiet ride, comfortable, economical, superior craftsmanship. We have owned or leased Toyotas , Hondas, jeeps, fords and Nissans. None of these compare to our Hyundai hybrid!

Best car I have ever owned!

My 2022 Tucson Limited hybrid is the best car I have ever owned including two Lexis SUVs. The safety feature such as adaptive cruise control, backup camera and warning alerts, blind-spot monitoring, etc. are very helpful for someone my age (77). This vehicle suit all of my needs.

Love my Tucson

I've been really happy with my hybrid Tucson. It's easy to drive, comfortable, and quiet. The safety features are terrific, and I'm getting upwards of 30mpg in city driving. Only negatives are no over-the-air updates (came the following year), and the automatic wipers are not good (don't gauge the rain correctly).

Love my Tucson

This is a great vehicle. I have had at least 5 hyundais in my life and I have NEVER really had any issues with them. I love the styling and price based on what you get. The service is very easy and simple to maintain. I really like the value for total price paid.

smart cruise dont work. it surges rather than slow down and will crash to vehicle infront. hyundai wants me to leave it for 7 days for diagnostics wo a loaner. apple car play dont connect bluetooth or wired frequently. Will never buy hyundai cars again

smart cruise s very poor so is apple car play. dealer wants me to leeave it for 7 days diagnostics without giving a loaner. apple car play will not connect a lot of time. navigation s not built in so wo connection im back looking at my smartphone rather on d car console screen.. terrible

Best vehicle I have ever had. Love the pickup of the hybrid. I bought the version with cloth seats and then I fould some leather seat covers that fit really well. The Tucson is easy to drive long distances, I have made 5 trips from Florida to Wisconsin and will be doing another in September.

like the car but has some issues

I don't get the advertised fuel economy. The car has some major hesitation when I step on the gas. I sometimes fear it will cause an accident because of the delay. The infotainment screen sometimes stays black and the radio does not function properly at times

All good. I enjoy driving this vehicle very much. I bought a 2023 Tucson Limited for my wife. She loves it as well. Her's is not a hybrid like mine. A little less power with her's, but still good. Mine is leased, her's was purchased.

Driving vibration issues in rear end that are unresolved

This car was great until about 44k miles when a vibration/thumping began. 4 service attempts of 3-4 weeks each still hadn’t resolved the issue….pursuing the Lemon Law which is only because they have given up trying to fix it

Love the car but unhappy with issues I'm having with mine!

Was considering buying another hyundai but now I'm not so sure after all the issues I've had with mine at only 37K miles and service department is having trouble fixing a recurring Engine alert! I might not buy another Hyundai due to this.

Hyundai corporate considers you a number, not a person

I can’t, with a clear conscience, recommend this vehicle. It has been a genuine safety issue for me. One example, front end collision warning engages and applies brakes for no cause. Another, I had no heat when it was -12, the only thing saving me was a heated seat.

We replaced a 18 MPG vehicle with our Hybrid Tucson that gets 40 + MPG consistently. It's very comfortable and stylish. It gets great performance on the highway and around town. Why would anyone buy an all electric vehicle?

The safety features of this vehicle are outstanding, particularly the ability to use the camera to see how to park. It's comfortable for hours of driving and the navigation system is excellent: recent construction appears on the maps! In addition, it's lovely.

My biggest regret is buying the my Car from koeppel hyundai The service department doesn't want to honor warranty I was hearing squealing from my hyundai tucson when I put it in reverse They did not resolve or fix this problem On a Different service appointment I Went in for a oil change They forgot to put the oil plug back in the oil leak out of my car all the way home all over my garage This could have caused serious damage to my car They send two employees from the service department to take a look at it They pour more oil into the vehicle which leaked out and caused more of a mess in my garage They never cleaned up the oil spill in my garage koeppel Has always had a bad reputation in the past.I thought because of the new showroom and service department.They have change I was fooled . I am still waiting to hear from the dealership manager or the service manager on how they gonna clean my garage I have heard nothing as of today

Overall great lease car would not recommend as a long term ownership.

Although I have not experienced any major engine or electrical failures, I would not be surprised if I do sometime soon as I am approaching 20,000 miles. The interior quality although looks nice will make you quickly realize how cheap every feels/is. The piano black plastic scratches hilariously easily, the seats show stains very easily and need to be constantly cleaned. The wind noise at high speeds is abysmal and the suspension could be tuned more softly.

Love my Tucson!

I had a Prius for 16 years and loved it. My first choice was the RAV4 due to my great experience with the Prius. The dealerships had no vehicles that had all of the features that I wanted; I wanted a top-notch navigation system most of all. I had no experience or knowledge of Hyundai, but did my online research and like the Tucson. My husband and I went to the dealer and they had a Tucson Limited in the color (white) that I wanted. We were impressed with the test drive and features, which were more than the RAV4 offered and for a lower price. After 2 years of owning my Tucson, we are both still very impressed. The only things I don't like are not being able to refill the tires easily as they are nitrogen and it is way too difficult to get an appointment for service at all of the dealers that are near to me.

Nice car

Nice car but the navigation system is no good. I use google maps. If the dealership near you is not where you bought it from, they will not will not service you car and there is nothing Hyundai can do about this! I've been advise about this through customer service.
