Great Car, Not So Great Mileage

Tons of great features, very quiet and smooth on the road, handles great, but fails to achieve advertised gas mileage. Stickered at 39 city and 36 highway, the car can achieve highway mileage of 36 ONLY IF YOU DRIVE LESS THAN 55 MPH! At 75 MPH, unloaded with two occupants, the MPG will be less than 30. Motor Trend tests resulted in around 26 MPG, which is embarrassing for a 1.6L engine. My other vehicle is a 2014 Cadillac XTS VSport with a 410HP V6 and it has averaged 25.5 MPG for the last 30,000 miles! The Tuscon meets the advertised city mileage, but ours is seldom driven in the city.

Great Car

I love everything about this car except the beeping speaker when in reverse. It's a great ride, very comfortable and great on gas! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the reverse warning is SO loud and my neighbors don't love it if I have to leave the house early.

Great vehicle! Warranty/maintenance service Not So Much!

Great vehicle! Will bring it to dealer service only for Warranty and Recall issues. Repairs, etc. are taking to outside shops. Terrible service (Matt Bauer Hyundai): Scheduling hassles, long delays, inadequate parts inventory, robots rather than humans. EXPENSIVE.

Just love my 2024 Tucson Hybrid. It's the most quitest car I have ever owned. It drives like a dream and I'm consistently getting over 30MPG. Great value for the money I spent.

Great car! Terrible service (Matt Bauer).

Great vehicle. Terrible warranty and other service (Matt Bauer Hyundai). Calls go to answer robot. Little or no human follow up. Long turnaround times. Facilities too small and understaffed. Inadequate parts stock. Personnel sales-to service ratio seems to be about 5 to 1.

Not as advertised!!!!

Very disappointed in the hybrid economy of this vehicle. Not as advertised at all! Cold weather absolutely destroys the fuel economy of this vehicle. Literally cuts it more than in half.

Review

The vehicle has an embarrassing reverse horn taken probably from a delivery truck. It’s regular horn sounds like a suffocating duck. Even kids on my street laugh when they hear. Great choices!

Safe & comfortable ride

I need to make a 6 hour drive in order tovisit my aging brother. The route takes me over the Bay Bridge through the Annapolis area. The traffic can be very heavy. My Hyundai makes the journey feel safe, especially when in cruise control. The cruise control setting keeps me a safe distance from other vehicles, brakes automatically, and keeps me at my designated speed. I have an automatic copiolet. The ability to set the driver's seat to the settings for both my husband and myself, makes both of us comfortable. Now that the weather has taken a cooler turn, the climate start on the MyHyundai app, the heated steering wheel and seats are a blessing. I also need to mention the gas savings we are taking advantage of with our hybrid. I am truly enjoying all these features and more. Love my Tucson Hybrid.
