This dealership are full of crooks!!! Stay away!!!!!
Please read before you buy or lease!! They changed a contract and forged signatures!!!!!! This is the 4th truck purchase from them this year alone for context. This dealership forged my and my co-signer signatures and changed a sales and finance contract, which they sent to a financial institution as a lawful contract. I did not agree to the terms of the contract and again did not sign, nor was aware of anything on the contract they sent to GMFinancial. I leased a vehicle October 2022, and had a co-signer. We agreed to terms and signed electronically on the 2nd of November. We had difficulty getting paperwork or tags, and were assured everything was ok. We thought everything was good. We get a call from our bank in February 2023 that a new account just popped up on our credit and did we know anything about it, so I said I would find out. I called GM Financial and asked for a copy of the documents. When I receive the documents, it was not what we signed. The numbers did not match. The electronic signature had a date stamp that was 26 days past what the documents we had. Nothing was what we agreed to and what we knew about. I contacted the General manager, sales manager, and Finance director. None of them wanted to help me, and basically told me I was a liar and kept asking me what my "end game" was. Even when I showed them both contracts they did not apologize, try to make it right, just more stonewalling. The Vice President of the company did call my sister for some reason, who has nothing to do with this transaction to demand she tell him what she knows. How does this happen? This is fraud, forgery, racketeering, and identity theft. This is criminal, and unethical in practice. I have filed complaints with the state's attorney office, office of consumer affairs, Better Business Bureau, FTC, DMV, States Licensing division for Automotive Dealers, here and any other social media outlet I can find so no one else has an experience like mine. If this has happened to you please send me a message so I can document it. They are hoping no one does anything so they get away with it. I am doing everything I have to, to get their licenses taken from them. They should not be dealing with the public. By the look of the ratings and reviews, most people would also agree.
